Each business has experienced success since we met and each business has had a fair share of difficult and trying times. We think real value can be gained from taking a detailed look at these businesses.

Each of these businesses are service based. We specialise in service based business.

We define a service based business as one where our clients customers purchases a service which is mostly produced by people ie staff. We do work with manufacturing and wholesale clients but mostly our serviced based clients have a unique set of business issues which are often overlooked by most advisors and “how to” books.

At this stage, we will aim to chart the progress of each business using some broad Cornerstones of being in business.

  • Financial (recording, reporting, using)
  • People (staff)
  • Knowledge and learning (what we know and need to know)
  • Sales and Marketing (driving revenue)
  • Systems and delivery of service (how well we do it)

Each of the broad areas above are linked and cannot stand alone if you want your business to be successful.
